1. The service
dartpilot provides automatic dart scoring through a desktop app (camera capture and detection), a web app (games and scoreboards), and cloud boards for venues. These terms cover all of these.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Guests can play on a board without an account.
3. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service. No abuse, unlawful activity, tampering, or attempts to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Commercial use
Venues may use dartpilot commercially under a venue plan. Commercial use without authorization is not permitted.
5. Intellectual property
The software and service belong to us. We grant you a limited right to use the service as intended. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it.
6. Availability & support
We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, change, or discontinue features. Setup and troubleshooting guides are in ourdocs.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for injury or fraud).
8. Changes & termination
We may update these terms and will note changes here. You can stop using the service at any time. We may terminate access for breaches of these terms.
9. Governing law
[Country] law governs these terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules. For EU consumers, mandatory local law still applies.
